By using nextPM.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Licence to use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the unofficial simulation for personal entertainment. You may not present the site, cards, or counts as official election material.

Your content

You retain whatever rights you have in your photo. You grant nextPM.in a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, compress, and display that photo and your alias on the public gallery for as long as the card remains published. You represent that you are 18+, that the photo is of you, and that publishing it does not violate another person’s rights.

Prohibited use

• Uploading another person’s photograph without their authority.
• Content involving minors, sexual content, or illegal activity.
• Hate speech, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
• Automated spam, scraping at abusive volume, or malware.
• Implying ECI affiliation, forging official documents, or using this site to interfere with a real election.

Intermediary status

User cards are user-generated. We may remove content, rate-limit publishing, and cooperate with lawful requests. Contact legal@nextpm.in and grievance@nextpm.in.

No warranties

The service is provided as is. Simulated beeps, lights, and slips are theatrical effects. We are not liable for political, reputational, or employment consequences of a card you chose to publish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [insert city before launch] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protections.
